### Is there a monthly fee or subscription?

No. Truxx.AI uses a pure performance model: you pay 5% only on loads you actually move. If you don't haul a load in a given month, you don't owe anything. There is no minimum spend, no contract length, and no cancellation fee.

### Are there hidden fees on top of the 5%?

No. The 5% per-load rate includes everything Truxx.AI does for you — load matching across major boards and brokerages, rate negotiation, route planning, 24/7 dispatcher access, broker setup paperwork, factoring submission, and the carrier app. The only outside cost is your own factoring company fee if you use one (typically 1.5–3%).

At settlement, after the load is delivered and the broker pays. If a broker short-pays or refuses to pay, you don't owe Truxx.AI a fee on the unpaid portion. You only pay on revenue you actually receive.

No. Truxx.AI is month-to-month and you can stop using the service at any time with no penalty or fee. Pricing is set up so it's only worth your while if the service is earning you more than it costs — which keeps the incentive on us, not on locking you in.

### Does Truxx.AI charge extra for factoring or insurance help?

No. Help filing IFTA, setting up factoring, brokering insurance quotes, and managing safety/compliance paperwork is included in the 5%. The only outside fees you'll see are from third parties (your factoring company, your insurance provider, your fuel card vendor) — Truxx.AI does not mark those up.
